Pay It Forward

This was a pilot project that was established through the 4Rs, NI Housing Executive and CFM. Where furniture would be collected from NIHE void properties, checked and repaired. Before they would be donated to people who needed the furniture due to their situation. This project aimed to reduce the amount of good furniture going to landfills, whilst also giving a helping hand to those in need trying to make their house a home. This pilot project operated from January to June 2023, in that time the project provided 18 families and people with essential furniture.
